We’re famous for premium steaks and ribs, alongside Mediterranean and French-inspired dishes, all crafted with the finest Dutch Black Angus meat. Our kitchens thrive on bold flavors, creativity, and a fast-paced, high-energy environment and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead, inspire, and create exceptional dining experiences.
What you’ll bring and learn

What you’ll be doing
- Support Head Chefs in running kitchen operations smoothly
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Step in during service to assist with prep, plating, and execution
- Contribute ideas for menu planning, new dishes, and seasonal specials
Job requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen professional
- Strong culinary skills across multiple cuisines
- Leadership, communication, and team management abilities
- HACCP and food safety knowledge
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced kitchens
