What you’ll be doing
As an All-Round Team Member, you’ll rotate through grill work, register duties, and floor service:
- Preparing mise-en-place: patties, sauces, fries, and more
- Cooking burgers and sides to perfection
- Taking and serving orders with a smile
- Greeting every guest and delivering outstanding service
- Handling the cash register efficiently
- Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized
- Supporting your team wherever needed to keep service smooth and fun
Job requirements
- Experience in fast-food, burger bar, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working until close (01:00) on weekdays/weekends
- Positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality
