We’re now looking for an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and help shape the next chapter of our group’s growth.

What you’ll bring and learn

As Executive Chef, you’ll combine creativity, leadership, and operational expertise. You’ll work across our diverse venues from Italian dining to modern European kitchens guiding Head Chefs, driving innovation, and ensuring our food reflects the quality and energy of RB Horeca.

This role is both strategic and hands-on ideal for someone who thrives in the kitchen but also enjoys building systems, mentoring teams, and setting group-wide standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and inspire our kitchen teams across multiple venues
  • Develop and refine menus that highlight creativity, quality, and consistency
  • Implement efficient kitchen systems, cost control, and sustainability practices
  • Mentor, train, and develop chefs and culinary staff at all levels
  • Oversee HACCP compliance, supplier management, and product sourcing
  • Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategy and culinary vision
  • Balance hands-on kitchen involvement with structured project and administrative work

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Culinary Director, or similar multi-site leadership role
  • Strong background in menu development, operations, and cost management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A balance of creative flair and operational precision
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
  • Flexible to work across locations and adapt to varied hospitality environments
