We’re looking for a Chef de Partie ready to own their station, step up in the Head Chef’s absence, and help create high-quality Latin American dishes with flair and precision. If you love fast-paced kitchens, leading a team, and cooking with energy, Fiona is the place for you.

What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and plate high-quality Latin American dishes with flair
- Take ownership of your kitchen section and step in for the Head Chef when needed
- Keep kitchen operations smooth, organized, and hygienic (HACCP standards)
- Oversee stock, prep, and kitchen organization to ensure service efficiency
- Work closely with the team during busy service periods to deliver seamless dining experiences
- Contribute ideas, creativity, and energy to keep our menu and kitchen exciting
Job requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume or fast-paced kitchen
- Leadership skills and confidence to manage your station independently
- Experience in Latin American cuisine is a plus, but passion and willingness to learn count too
- Strong communication skills (English required; Dutch or Spanish a bonus)
- Calm, professional, and adaptable under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
