What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and plate Italian dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Take ownership of your station, ensuring efficiency and consistent quality
- Assist chefs with menu execution and special projects
- Maintain hygiene, organization, and safety standards throughout service
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and guidance
- Work seamlessly with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
- Contribute to a creative, high-energy kitchen environment that inspires guests
Job requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a busy kitchen
- Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Excellent knife skills and attention to plating and presentation
- Fluent in English and/or Italian; Dutch or other languages a bonus
- Familiarity with HACCP and kitchen safety standards
- Passionate, reliable, and motivated to grow within the culinary field
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
