We’re looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender ready to bring creativity, precision, and charisma to every shift someone who loves mixing, shaking, and serving with style.

What you’ll be doing
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and aperitifs consistently and with flair
- Set the vibe: create warm, engaging guest interactions at the bar
- Support floor staff for smooth, fast-paced service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and HACCP-compliant bar
- Manage mise en place, restocking, and bar prep before, during, and after service
- Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and menu updates
Job requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a cocktail-focused or high-volume bar/restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and Italian aperitifs
- Hands-on, team-first mentality and proactive attitude
- Confident, personable communicator in English (Dutch is a bonus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
