What you’ll be doing
- Serve beer, wine, soft drinks, and pre-mixed cocktails quickly and consistently
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support floor service as needed, helping create smooth, enjoyable shifts for guests
- Engage with guests to provide a welcoming, lively atmosphere
- Contribute ideas for drinks, specials, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards
Job requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a pub, bar, or high-volume casual dining environment
- Confident serving drinks and assisting the floor during busy periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Energetic, reliable, and ready to be part of a team
